Switching from Styrofoam to Reusable Ozzi Containers

In a world increasingly conscious of its environmental footprint, Oasis Cafe is taking a bold step towards sustainability by transitioning from traditional Styrofoam to-go containers to the innovative reusable Ozzi container system. This shift not only aligns with our commitment to the environment but also offers significant benefits to our patrons and helps us manage rising food costs without compromising the quality our customers have come to expect.

The Environmental Impact

Styrofoam, or expanded polystyrene foam, has long been criticized for its environmental drawbacks. Non-biodegradable and difficult to recycle, Styrofoam contributes significantly to landfill waste and environmental pollution. Just one hospital staff member visiting the café 5 days a week can use 5-20 containers for meals and beverages at breakfast and lunch. By switching to the Ozzi container system, we are reducing our environmental footprint. Ozzi containers are designed to be reused hundreds of times, dramatically cutting down on the waste generated by single-use containers.

How the Ozzi System Works

The Ozzi system is both user-friendly and environmentally friendly. Here’s how it works:
One-Time Fee: Patrons pay a one-time fee of $4.95 per container.
Return and Reward: After enjoying your meal, simply return the used container to the Ozzi machine located outside the cafe. Upon return, you will receive a token that can be used for your next to-go container.
Simplicity and Convenience: The Ozzi system ensures that you always have a clean container ready for your next visit, making it easy to participate in this eco-friendly initiative.

2. Where can I return my containers?
