Command Sergeant Major Florence S. Kremer is a native of San Fabian, Pangasinan, Republic of the Philippines and became a naturalized American citizen on September 1981. She enlisted in the Army on July 2004 at the San Jose Military Entrance Processing Station, CA and attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, SC. She earned her military occupational specialty of 91W (68W) Healthcare Specialist at Fort Sam Houston, TX.
