If you're here, we're ready. Your Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to treat urgent or life-threatening conditions.
If your needs are less critical, such as minor illnesses, medication refills, or follow-up care, you may have faster or more convenient options available.

Call 911 for a Medical Emergency
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, severe allergic reaction, or another potentially life-threatening condition.
Urgent Care Options
If your condition is not life-threatening, there may be a faster or more convenient option to meet your healthcare needs.
Medical emergency? Do not delay emergency care. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Nurse Advice Line / VIPRR
Speak with a registered nurse when you are unsure what level of care you need or need guidance about your symptoms. The NAL also offers provides virtual urgent care and medical readiness assessments for TRICARE beneficiaries and active duty service members through their Virtually Integrated Patient Readiness and Remote (VIPRR).

WACH Primary Care offers walk-in services for select non-emergency symptoms and healthcare needs.
